Job description for MERN STACK:

Extensive hands-on experience in Node.JS, MongoDB and Reactjs

Strong coding and designing skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in addition to Reactjs

Should have knowledge on RESTful JSON APIs

Experience with version control tool like SVN and Git

Should have asynchronous coding techniques (callbacks / Promises / the async library.)

Should have knowledge on linux commands.

Collaborate with the team to create a fast and scalable system

You must be the excellent problem solver with a passion to self-learn and implement web technologies (frontend + backend)

Business Development Executive – IT

  We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT team. You’ll be responsible for business leads management, proposal creation, and supporting pre-sales activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interactions, crafting winning documents, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business leads management and follow-up to nurture potential opportunities.

Create RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, presentations, and capability decks.

BRD and FRD preparation is a plus.

Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope and deliverables.

Conduct market and competitor research to inform proposals and strategies.

Maintain business pipeline and follow up on client opportunities.

Support reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.

What We’re Looking For:

MBA or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, or IT Management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience in proposal creation and client presentations.

Experience in preparing BRD and FRD is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office; Canva skills are a plus.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic understanding of IT solutions.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
